I'll lean a little and give this 4 stars, but really it's a 3.5-3.75. This started off a bit slow for me, but quickly picked up. There were definitely some laugh out loud funny parts. Definitely in the quick, easy, entertaining read column. Would be a fun summer/beach read. Considering picking up #2. Probably won't leap into it right away, but eventually, I'll see what happens with Drew and Kate in book #2.
I listened to the audiobook version read by Sebastian York so Drew had personally in spades. Sure he was a cocky jerk for much of the story but for some reason I still found him charming in a "oh, sweety, you don't even realize what's coming" kind of why. Which only made the commentary style of the writing that much more enjoyable. But Sebastian York's vocal talent, on top of an already great read, put this story over the top for me. With that voice how could we help but fall under Drew's spell even as he's spouting advice for us ladies to take note of which is a direct violation of Guy Code, I'm sure. I give Kate her props though for holding out as long as she did, I'm a sucker for the charming, bad boy, jerk who finally gets redeemed by The Woman so I would've caved immediately. Loved every second of it!
From male pov Drew is hilariously honest, sometimes crude, and absolutely my fictional favorite. Kate and Drew's banter along with Drew's inner dialogue makes this book perfection. All time favorite!
Fun, hysterical point of view from an idiot of a guy who is trying to figure out how to get the girl. Drew and Kate were adorable in their banter. Sweet and sexy and a great ride of a trashy romance.
This book was so unoriginal & predictable, I actually had to force myself to finish it. I was never able to connect with the characters, and the supporting characters were almost mom existent.
This book was cute! Although, we all know this genre of books are usually under $5. This one? It was over $10. I don’t know how I didn’t realize it before. It was cute, but not $10’s worth.
The book started off with a cute, witty narrative. However, after the first few chapters, I found it rather annoying that the main character continued to talk directly to you (the reader). Like, it was cute and fun at first, but way overdone. That being said, it was a cute, quick, fun summertime read!

I liked the POV, usually written from a woman's POV so this was refreshing, I hated the MC most of the time. He's a privileged SOB. The setting is also a low point for me, with so many interesting professions to choose from why make the main characters bankers. The reason this got 3 stars was because it was very funny, and I'll be reading more of the series in fact I'm starting on part 1.5 now.
hahahahaha
This book hahaha. So bad. The protagonist is committing sexual harassment after sexual harassment and it's supposed to be romantic?? ick. This was ick.

Awful, don't waste your time! All of the one star reviews are accurate...I don't know why I even finished this one.
