Entertaining, quick read. Having the guy's perspective was new. The main character was sweet at times but it's hard to take the "voice of men" seriously knowing the author was a woman, especially in some of the raunchier moments.
Seeing the ratings for this book has made me have little faith for my gender. This man is nothing but an egotistical ass who is so full of himself he can't see past his over-inflated chest. I get how this is supposed to be funny, and yeah, sometimes the lines are cute. But seriously, how can anyone stomach reading this and still have any self-respect? I've read a lot of books, both from a male point of view, and from that of a self-professed ass or self-professed womanizer. This is probably the worst I've tried to read. It takes a lot to piss me off enough to not finish a book but yeah, this one did it. I do not recommend this for anyone who has any degree of self-respect. Really, watching Deuce Bigelow would be a better way to spend your time.

Great book! Loved that it was all from the male pov - rare & effective. I especially loved the no-holds barred, brutally honest, completely over-the-top sexy way this story is told. If you've ever wanted a sneak-peak at the inner workings of a man-whore falling in love ... this is the book!

Torn about this one. I did enjoy it, and it was fairly hilarious, but Drew acted like such a pig most of the time. I couldn't see what Kate saw in him. Also, too many weird analogies for my taste.
Can I go fangirl for a minute? Squee!! Whew, that felt good. Tangled was recommended to me by several bloggers and I am so glad I picked this up. Emma Chase delivered a deliciously funny, outrageous and smexy tale. I laughed and giggled aloud and even read bits to my husband. Drew Evans is a spoiled, entitled, smooth-talking, swoon-worthy rich boy who gets a beat down. The tale is told in first person from his POV and Chase did an excellent job of giving him voice. When he spoke to me it felt real and warm and even when I couldn’t believe what came out of his mouth I adored him. He may need a lesson in love, but he isn’t a bad guy either. Katherine Brooks is bright, and I loved the interaction between the two of them. Their banter was hilarious and I loved the whole angry to kissing moments. If you are looking for something fresh, funny and new I totally recommend this one!

This was a very amusing writing style. I loved Drew's point of view! Typical alpha male! I laughed out loud on several spots throughout the book.

Feels like it was written by a man. The anti-feminist, transphobic, and homophobic jokes weren’t cute. The character talking to the reader, while adding random unimportant details was weird, it seemed like they were really trying to be funny and relatable, it really didn’t end up coming off like that. It wasn’t bad enough to DNF, but was barely good enough to keep going, and I think I only did to complete my kindle challenge.
