This is a great series! It is all kinds of fun. I love how I laugh each time I read one of these books.
4 Kitty and the Silver Bullet Stars
Oh, Kitty, how I love her journey. This book has some heart to it and that heart is going to break yours. Only Kitty is a strong ass wolf and she kicks some serious ASS!
This book has a lot of vampire politics and somehow Kitty gets smacked dab in the middle of it all.
Ben surprised me in this book, he is become more manly and thank god for that. I thought he was too soft for our Kitty in the books before it. But he is growing up and I am enjoying where the story is going.
Again I love the narration and can’t wait to see what is going to happen with Kitty next.
*You don't have to like my review but its 100% my opinion, and I am allowed to have it.*

I got a little lost at the end there because it had been a while since I last listened, but other than that I think I'm up to speed in Kitty's world. The ending caught me a big off guard but once she started describing how Ben was acting I totally figured it out. Lord. Of course that would happen.. lol.

I was pretty disappointed with the book prior to this one, Kitty Takes a Holiday, so I kind of stalled reading Kitty and the Silver Bullet. I'm so glad I got back into the series, though, because this book was quite good. I should note, there are some spoilers in this review if you haven't read the previous book.
The most important change? Kitty is back to being a strong, dominant werewolf - instead of the whiny, self-pitying mess she was in Kitty Takes a Holiday. In Kitty and the Silver Bullet, Kitty is returning to Denver - her mom is ill so Kitty has to face everything she ran away from. Even though she's reluctant to do so and some of the old demons start to come back, it was so great to see her finding an inner strength you knew she had back in book 2 (Kity Goes to Washington).
What really surprised me is that I LIKE Kitty with Ben! I thought I was going to hate that development, because well, you know... McCormick! I always liked Ben though, and as it turns out, I really like him with Kitty! I'm really excited to see where there relationship will go, especially considering some of the exciting developments in Kitty and the Silver Bullet both in their human and wolf relationships!
And I'm eternally glad that I listen to this series, rather than reading it. Marguerite Gavin does a FANTASTIC job with Kitty and all the voices. Her voice is particularly great for Kitty's radio show, which is one of my favorite parts of the books - and I think it would be a real loss to get to listen to that.
I'm on an Kitty Norville kick now - expecially since I just got offered books 6-14 on audio for review... so expect lots more Kitty in coming weeks :)

Series Review! Contain Minor Series Spoilers!

Series Rating: 4 and a Half Stars!
I don’t know what took me so long to review this series, but The Kitty Norville series is one of my favorite Urban Fantasy series out there and each new release gets me itching for the next Kitty novel.
Kitty is a werewolf and when the series begins she is basically surviving at the bottom of the pack, trying to stay invisible and being abused by her pack’s Alpha. She works at a radio station and suddenly she finds herself telling the world about her supernatural existence and hosting a weekly late night radio show, Kitty and The Midnight Hour.
That’s where Kitty’s story starts being told and throughout these 7 novels she goes through such a incredible, terrifying journey, that you can’t help but being riveted by the stories Carrie Vaughn weaves.
On the romantic side we get a begining of something with werewolf hunter Cormac and later a stable and loving relationship with Cormac’s cousin, Ben. I love both men and even though things seem to have settled in the heart department for out girl Kitty, I feel that things might get rocky, even though I do love her relationship with Ben.
On the plot side, the series is absolutely rich, full of supernatural creatures, dangerous plots, nasty villains and interesting characters, what more can you ask for from a great Urban Fantasy series?
Least Favorite Book in The Series So Far: Kitty’s House of Horrors, Too little moments with Ben =/ Though it is a creepy and awesome plot!
Favorite Book in The Series So Far: Kitty and The Dead Man’s Hand, Great Creepy plot and the romance is awesome!

I'm glad it didn't take the whole series of books for there to be some justice and retribution. There's some nice resolution in this one.
I liked that the setting was back in Denver, and many loose ends were wrapped up. Some good family stories, but it's a real bummer when you're not invested in the love relationship of a paranormal romance series.
When her mother contracts breast cancer, Kitty who has been living in exile is forced to return to Denver to be with family. But the alpha werewolf she fled just a year earlier sees in her a threat to his leadership and is determined to have her killed.
Adding to her headaches, a war is brewing in the world of vampires and werewolves and she is being pressured to choose a side.
Kitty and the Silver Bullet is a tightly woven and well written story, probably the best in the series to date. A lot of fun for fans of werewolves and vampires.

really 3 1/2 but since some of the characters get what are coming to them, I rounded up. One thing I didn't like was how the vampires are portrayed as so much stronger than everyone. It almost makes you say, you can't fight a vampire, why bother.
This was more of a romance than the other books. Kitty and Ben's relationship grows and is solidified with more additions to the pack.
