Absolutely loved this book. Could not put it down. The MMC was top tier book boyfriend material. The romance was swoony and mature and believable. Real people with real problems falling in love. I ate this up.

Very cute! I didn’t love this as much as I loved Part of Your World - but I think that’s because the miscommunication was heavvyyyy in this book!
I’m starting to love the way that Abby Jimenez writes all of the characters and gives them such solid backstories and motivation. I really enjoyed the dual POV in this to get Jacob’s insight throughout - as someone with anxiety I really appreciated the way this was such a core part of him without defining him!

Abby Jimenez really knows how to write a romance. You get to read about characters heal from their trauma and find they happily ever afters. Their healing journey is real and beautiful. Briana and Jacob were a wonderful couple. It was nice to read about big loving families.
Only itty bitty issue I had was that it was a bit repetitive and thus made the book a little long.

i have never cried so much during a book while reading. this book was so perfect and what i needed at this time. the anxiety rep was spot on for someone who deals with it in both ways that jacob and briana deal with anxiety in this book. also..jacob is the best book boyfriend. ever.
