If you are an instalove fan, you will like this book. This was RUSHED. I decided to give this author another try and I am not sure if it was the narration or what, but it still didn't work for me. I am in the minority though, so I don't discourage anyone to pick this up. It is super light and super fluffy. The guy was a super good guy, which I actually loved.

Rushed by Aurora Rose Reynolds is a perfectly fit for readers who crave a lighthearted and adventurous romance with a touch of small-town charm, forced proximity, and insta-love, and are looking for a fun and thrilling ride filled with danger, excitement, and undeniable attraction.

The title, “Rushed”, pretty much sums up how this book was written and edited.  Every conflict this book has doesn’t even take a full page to develop and become resolved. I understand it’s a quick read, but it was lazily written and edited. The amount of grammar and continuity errors in the novel is astounding to the point that I feel pages were just left out??? How did her car get back to Oregon? What about the friendship she formed with the people from the initial trip?  In total, I didn’t hate it and I will finish the series because I like to see things through, but I still have no idea how this author is a bestseller. This book is something I would have written during NANOMO in my high school creative writing class and gotten a B- on.

Also SPOILER ALERT:

I am so fucking tired of short romance novels where the fmc becomes basically immediately pregnant nd then they get married. In real life, that’s how you end up stuck in an abusive relationship and coparenting for life, ffs. Idk about y’all’s experience but it’s not THAT easy to get pregnant while on bc.

just wonderful!

Gah! I’m so happy I stumbled across Auroras works! They just keep getting better and better! Cybil and Ranners story was just the most adorable thing I’ve ever read! On to the next one in the series!

Audiobook review
Great story, and although it was short and quick for me, I had a great time with it.
I'm not normally a fan of insta love, but the style in which ARR presents her stories always keeps me interested and engaged.
The narration was also amazing. The male voice matched Tunner's characterization perfectly and the female narration did not irritate me.

You know the phrase "too stupid to live", yeah that describes the FMC.
