I started this book because I was really busy and needed something in the background to listen to and entertain me. Unfortunately, I got bored with it and found the characters really annoying at times so I just gave up.
In other circumstances, I would probably still finish it and give it an average rating since the book wasn't bad, but I just couldn't push through this time.

This was a nice break from all the dark romance I’ve been reading. Aurora gave us another sweet ‘boom at first sight’ romance, it was good, not great for me but good.

Rushed was the perfect feel good romance. After Cybil's fiancee calls off the wedding she goes on a Couples Retreat as a single. I was not sure if she was being brave or reckless in her decision. Turns out to be the best decision she ever makes.

I listened to the audio version of this book and I truly believe I’d have enjoyed it a lot more if I had read it myself because I actually liked the story. The female storyteller (or whatever they’re called) seriously drove me up the wall at times. The expressions in her voice sometimes seemed overdone. She also made Cybil’s friend sound bratty and whiney which made me not like her and made her concern for Cybil seem intrusive rather than concerning in my opinion. Maybe I’d have enjoyed it more if the woman reader hadn’t left such a bad taste in my mouth, but she did and that affected my overall enjoyment of the book, therefore that is reflected in my rating.
