This book was SO SWEET. I didnt want to like it at first but I absolutely adored all the characters and how the story unfurled and I was INVESTED by the end. I cried. It was marvelous. Highly recommend.

I really wanted to get to read the scene where Eddie returned the locket 😭

The delightful story of Eddie Winston, 90 years old, and his new found friend, Bella, 24. Eddie works at the local thrift store, happily living a quiet little life, but always wondering, in the back of his mind, whatever happened to a long lost love from years gone by. When Bella discovers Eddie has never been kissed, she makes it her mission to find Eddie love & off on adventures they go.

This was a lighthearted and quick read, heartwarming, and as cozy as it gets. An excellent palate cleanser if you are between heavier or more complex books, it is sure to make you smile.
