Dusty has been added to my book boyfriend list because to be loved by him sounds like a dream. He is so head over heels for Cam and I ADORED every moment he expressed his love for Cam. As for Cam, I feel like her character was just a tad lack lister compared to Dusty. I wish I got to see more of her carefree attitude or growth against her parents, but all we got was Dusty standing up to them and Cam just following along and leaves it at that for the rest of the book. The parents are built up to be the villains and the reason why Cam is so protective, yet never really gets to stand up to them on her own. I feel like that would have been great to see for her character growth. Other than that, I really enjoyed Dusty and Cam's story!

Dusty fucking Tucker. He is perfection - as long as you ignore the fact that he’s blonde. 😜

“I’ll love you until we’re dust in the wind.”
“You’re a privilege, Cam. Being in your presence is a god damn honor.”

Overall, Wild & Wrangled was so good. I enjoyed the story and progression of Cam and Dusty’s relationship. I’m not a big fan of books that flip between current and past scenes, but there was something so special about the past scenes in this.

The entire downfall of this book, was the end. Cam’s overreaction had me so frustrated to the point I was yelling at a fictional character. Should Dusty have come out and told her that he was the technical owner of the house? Sure. However, the book was written so the READER knew how much it upset her to know she was only renting and could possibly be kicked out after a year. There was only one time she brought this up to Dusty, which was at the end and when he should have told her. And then for her to react the way she did? Absolutely insane. I’m getting worked up again just thinking about it while writing this out. Not only was her reaction totally uncalled for, the fact that she said some of the MEANEST things to him in the moment made me sick. What’s worse is that there was no reconciliation or apology on her end. Their story continues with him apologizing, and professing his love to her while giving her the house. Dusty deserved better and I’ll die on this hill.
