This didn’t grip me as much as We Were Liars, but I liked getting some background information on the sisters and the rest of the family! There was a lot that happened & that they went through when they were young & it was just interesting to see how their dynamics shifted and changed, eventually leading to where we met them in We Were Liars! I wish we got more from all the sister’s perspectives though, I think that could’ve made this better and more engaging! But overall, I had fun reading it and I think it’s worth it to get more depth from the world of the liars!!

Terrible book! I want my 3 hours back. I liked the first one, this one was just a cash grab and we were liars absolutely did not need a prequel let alone one so full of plot holes and boring as this one!
