Been waiting for this one for years!
I don’t know what it is about this and We Were Liars that I love so much. I just love rich people vacationing on their family island in the summer.
It might have helped if I remember anything about the first book but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

Would have loved to have seen how the events in this particular book connected a bit more with with what happens in its sequel

But I did enjoy this more than we were liars ( having read it in high school. So I don’t remember really having a reaction to the writing style or narration.I do remember being shocked to my core at the twist though).Maybe I’ll re read it again just to see how it holds up to the prequel and vice versa.

The Rosemary of it all was heart wrenching!!
