I loved every single one. And I love that they had the Spanish version on one side and the translated on the other so you could compare them

I always prefer to listen to my poetry, it is a different experience.

Unrated because I do not feel I have enough experience in reading poetry to be able to give an appropriate rating.

Like many other reviews of the book, this review is merely an excuse to quote the poetry:

"Winter is not yet gone
And Apple trees appears
Suddenly changed
Into a cascade of fragrant stars.

In the night we shall go in
Up to its trembling firmament,
And your hands and mine
Will steal the stars."

Bought at a store in the Mission in SF two weeks ago. Horrible translation with maybe two great poems and some other mid works. Still, cute edition and “in you the earth” still has to be the best erotic poem that never falters into grossness - that and the opening poem from “20 poems of love and one lament.” There’s also a good one in here about an island and her being a little leaf on his chest. That one got me too.
