Picked this up hoping for a super cheesy romance that taught me about Chinese food and traditions. Got what I wanted.

This is such a cute and easy read! It’s a typical romcom, but with gays and Chinese culture.
I really enjoyed this read and thought it was well written. Dylan and Theo lives two very different lives but somehow ends up meeting eachother by coincidence. What starts of as a fake date to Theos cousin’s wedding turns into something more.
It’s kinda predictable and i had a feeling of what was going to happen through the entire book, but I really enjoyed the book and the characters.
I can definitely recommend this if you like romcoms

So impressed that this was Sher Lee’s debut novel. I loved her characters and was very invested in the story. I felt like she didn’t fall into classic tropes, but did them in a way that felt realistic. Absolutely loved reading it!
