cute
would've probably loved this book more if i hadn't already read the deal

i really enjoyed this one and kandi steiner really knows how to write steam

my only problem (and i had the same problem with the first book in this companion series) was with the third act conflict - it just feels tooo melodramatic and like it could easily be fixed with some communication!!

Naahhh this was friggin ADORABLE. This is the fake dating trope done RIGHT. Wow wow wow.

Gianna is a women after my own heart with her Cheetos and her smutty books. And Mr Clay Johnson had me on my KNEES - a book boyfriend at his finest.

"I couldn't eat. Couldn't train, couldn't sleep, couldn't do anything other than make myself sick thinking about him touching you." - Urghhhhh shut up and just marry me already.

This was supposed to be a 4 star book, even 5! I was loving it so much, I enjoyed every scene with Giana and Clay… but then the third act breakup had to happen and I just ruined it for me. It was brutal. I was mad. Then I cringed at how Clay got Giana back

I’m a sucker for a college sports romance, and this book is definitely one of my new favorites!
