This is book 29 in the Stephanie Plum series. These are so predictable, but I just love the characters. I can breeze through the books in a couple of sittings, they are the perfect palate cleansers for me. I actually thought the plot in this one was one of the better ones in awhile. Although a car was destroyed and there was the ongoing Ranger/Joe love triangle... I found the overarching story smarter and it really had me trying to figure out the mystery. I'll be right here waiting for number 30!

Another escape into the world of Stephanie Plum. Connie is kidnapped. Stephanie gets to spend time with Bella. Of course Stephanie has a blown up and the office too - for most books that would be spoilers, but not in Plum's world. Morelli or Ranger is still the question. It wasn't my favorite book of this series, but as always a nice escape.
