Heat Clinic

If you’re a fan of omegaverse and MMMF then you need this book in your life. It also has the best description of what omegaverse is before the story starts if that’s something else you need to know.

Emily is a 36 year old omega who decides to use one of her cities free heat clinics for her oncoming heat. Sam is her beta attendant who walks her through what a heat clinic offers as well as servicing her needs if you know what I mean. I loved getting a more detailed description of what all goes into a heat and how it’s looked at from a medical standpoint as well as how it feels for Emily. While getting her first treatment she meets an alpha and soon after a courtship starts.

I don’t want to give too much away but it’s a low angst, high spice story that takes place over the span of months. I loved getting to see more of the characters lives and watch them all bond and learn to care for one another. There’s no third act breakup or misunderstanding tropes, just a whole lot of love and sex. You should read it.

Like at some point it was just too long but ya I’ll read the next

I did not expect to enjoy this one as much as I did. If you're looking for a book with a complex story and deep development this is not for you. If spice, kink, and more spice is what you're looking for, read this.

About halfway through it started to feel like the story was dragging on and almost putting me in a slump. I am more in need of a high-paced, action packed story right now and this is not it. I might give it another chance at a later date, but I am not sure yet.

How and why this book is over 400 pages I will never know. 350 pages of mindless smut with a sprinkling of conversation, 50 pages of random mommy issues nonesense
