Each book just gets better and better. I can't wait to see what happens to Tom and Alice and how they're going to save everyone... again.

This book introduced some interesting new characters whilst adding complexity and maturity to our well-loved returning characters. I thoroughly enjoyed the new setting and the darker, intensified nature of the plot. This book feels like a turning point for the series and I am excited to read on!

Okay Alice and Tom just need to be together. Now. There were parts of this book that were anticlimactic but I still enjoyed it. I can confidently say that I'm hooked to this book series.
Tom was still stupid throughout the whole book but I will say he is getting better. He may be the luckiest spook I ever read about. It seems that any time Tom gets in trouble, some magical coincidence happens and he stays alive. Hopefully Delaney will fix that because it is very annoying.
