Fun, quick read with a lot of helpful tips to be more productive on tasks you enjoy. The book also breaks down why we do not enjoy some tasks and encourages us to find the fun: “What would this look like if it were fun?”.
If a task is necessary, but not fun, the book explores the different types of motivation and how to remove obstacles to make it more bearable or ways to look to the future to establish our “why” for tasks.
Side note: At the beginning, the book talks about Watson and Crick winning the Nobel prize for discovering DNA’s double helix structure. Anyone curious about this should research Rosalind Franklin. She is credited with the data and work that the other two used to “discover” the structure of DNA.

I'm probably not the target audience for this book given what I've already read and practice in my own personal/professional life, I do think this would be useful for college and university students who are beginning to think about the control they can exert on their lives.
Though filled with some useful tips and thought experiments, this book could have used an edit, maybe even a change in structure to make it more useful as a toolkit.

“Don’t rote learn your way to feel good productivity. Experiment your way.” That line got me good, damn. <3
