Mi yo de secundaria amaba muchísimo este libro, me veía muchísimo en Cath (y en ciertas cosas aún me veo) y mencionaba la historia en cada conversación posible. Wren me cae fatal, Levi tqm ≤3 creo que este formato le funciona super bien y ya quiero leer el siguiente volumen

I loved this graphic novel! It was super fun and I couldn't put it down until I finished. The characters are distinct and introduced nicely. I enjoyed the underlying tensions between Cath and her sister, and how something appears to be going on in the background with their dad - why is Cath so worried about him all the time?
Cath is also very relatable to me! She'd rather stay in her room doing her own thing and obsessing over her favourite characters - haven't we all been there?
It seems she is in for a reality check, also. And will need to eventually come to terms with having a life outside of fandom, and enjoying the real world away from Simon & Baz.
The two guys, Levi and Nick, she befriends are total opposites (perhaps love interests?) and have a different approach to interacting with Cath. Levi is a sweetheart and so so fun! He already knows Cath is a fan of Simon & Baz and accepts it without batting an eyelid. Will Nick react the same? He's a lot more mysterious in my opinion and I want to know more about him outside of class and studying.
And, of course, there's Reagan. I loved her! And especially how she befriended Cath in an unconventional way. It's refreshing for a friendship to blossom through banter and their straightforwardness.
Also... Emergency Dance Party! That was my favourite scene!

I checked out all 4 of these books on a whim from the library hoping they'd be good, and I didn't expect to read the entire set in a day! I'm reviewing each book the same since I read them all back to back (and I don't remember how each one starts and ends since I read them continuously).The romance is super cozy, the characters are lovable, and there being a hint of tragic backstory keeps it grounded.
Who thought a pseudo-Harry Potter fictional fanfiction love story would be just what I needed to get back into reading?!
It drew me in quickly and I read through each book quickly, so if you're looking to be captivated fast, this is a good choice!
