(3.5 stars) not a bad book — but i think i would have enjoyed it more had i read it when i was a teenager…which makes sense cause that’s more the age group it’s aimed at. also felt too much like it was trying to be perks of being a wallflower

Says a lot about life and is very relatable. Got me into reading again!

i loved it :') it was such a cute book. it was kind of predictable though ^_^ still, John Greene is love.

This book left me aching and filled to the brim with emotions. Even the small fragments of her seen by pudge are mysterious and draw you closer and closer into her tangled history. How can you mourn a facade how do you feel the loss of a ghost. Alaska belonged to no one but her self I suppose named, raised and tortured by herself. A story of grasped images and long ago quotes that leaves a hollow space in your mind for Alaska.

This book stayed with me for a very long time. Alaska Young inspired me to read more and more books.
