I found this book while looking for another graphic novel. Oh boy!!! Beautiful and moving. I heard MY mother in many of the pages. Poignant. Written by the mother, illustrated by the daughter. READ THIS BOOK!! I think it is superb even for sons.

Lovely and unquestionably sensible advice from a mom to her daughter in advance of her passing. A sweet and intelligent graphic novel, with just the right amount of humour. Could absolutely be a reference guide (and comes with a few good recipes).
