This was a perfect sequel to By the Horns! We get to see our favorites from the first book and watch another hilarious couple fall for each other. I laughed, I cried, and I can't wait to read more of this series.

What in the adorable?
Usually I expect most books I get through stuff your kindle day to be so so, but this was a hidden gem.
Goldie was the grumpiest grump so I don’t know if I can call him a himbo, but that’s basically what he was. Holly was a socially awkward gamer girl working as the only human at a gaming company. They were super cute together and has such a tender relationship after all the hating each other was out of the way.
I REALLY want to read Dima’s book. He’s the most precious sunshine vampire.

Spice: 5/5

Triggers: grief (old)

I wasn’t sure id like this one as much By The Horns because I didn’t really like Goldie’s character in that book. I was so wrong. - this one is even better than the first one! Holly is such a relatable character and Goldie is secretly such a cutie. I liked the underlying video game story arc and the spice is really spicing in this one, again without overpowering the storyline.
