The ending was SUPER cheesy but it was a fun read all the way through and, as a swiftie, I loved the song title part.
A free-spirited single woman meets an professional QB in Vegas. After a wild night, the pair wake up married the next day. They tried to get their bogus marriage annulled immediately but ran into a snag forcing them to stay married and cohabitate for 30 days.
This ended up being super cute. The characters had great chemistry and their banter was often laugh out loud funny. It was super spicy (especially with the duet narration) for my thriller reading self. I’m pretty sure my eyes almost popped out of my head and my jaw was on the floor throughout most of it.

Omg you guys!! I have finally found a book that’s as vulgar as I am!! Right from the first chapter I was hooked. Literally HOWLING laughing. I can’t even begin to describe to you how heinous some of these inner monologues are and I fucking LOVE IT.
Example: “Jesus Christ. I look like a clown who’s been fucked three ways from Sunday… And my mouth… God, why did I wear red lipstick? The remnants left staining my face should be renamed blow job instead of starlet.”
Stick a fork in me, I’m fuckin done. Dead. RIP to me and that’s just from the first chapter lmao. You can most definitely expect this amazingly crude sense of humour to carry on throughout the entire book.
Now… Synopsis without spoilers… It’s basically the movie What Happens In Vegas, but you’ve got some hot and really fuckin dirty football players who like to share. It’s glorious lol. The banter, the wit, the spice, the writing (with a few exceptions lol) was all fantastic! I seriously ate it up. Really quick and easy read, would’ve been a one sitting book except I had to adult and actually parent my crotch goblin lol.
Couple things that I didn’t love… Trilina does this thing where she doesn’t describe the FMC in anyway because she wants it to be an every woman’s book, where you can picture her however you wish. Great, love it, didn’t bother me at all and I can totally get on board with that. Except… the ONE PART of this woman that gets described is her soft, curly and long pubes. Why?! Fucking WHY?! You’re gunna leave her non-descript except for her pubic hair?! Really!? I fucking can’t lol. There was one part where it says something about thrusting his tongue between her hairs and I just about lost my dinner lol. Someone please get this chick a fucking razor or a wax or at least a damn trim lol. If you’re gunna make her non-descript, keep the entire woman that way please! Christ almighty.
The only other issue I had, and it’s just a me problem, was all the T Swift references. That’s just not my thing, but I can understand the appeal to others lol. She made up for it though with the Josie Grossie reference and I nearly spit my tea out when she dropped the Shakespearean Ted Bundy line lmao.
All in all, definitely worth reading if you want something light and fucking hilarious. I will 100% be reading the second book as well as Tangled in Tinsel and Screwged when it comes out in December.

Eleanor went to Vegas for a girls weekend to celebrate the Fourth of July.
Crew is the quarterback for the Las Vegas raiders. At the end of last season he told the owner how he felt about him and it wasn’t night. Now he is being traded to the Niners with his two best friends. All he had to do was keep his nose clean until the trade is final.
When TJ and Nate called him telling him he needed to get down to the club as there was a woman he needed to meet.
When Cree got to the club he met Eleanor. She was a force of nature. Before the night was over they were wed. The next day they were in front of a judge to get it annulled but the judge had other ideas. Now they are stuck with each other for 30 days.
I really enjoyed this book by Trilina. Eleanor is a strong female knowing what she wants out of life and doesn’t want anything or anyone stopping her from achieving her goals.
