No spoilers and I do not summarize the plot in my book reviews.

This is the first book I have read by James Patterson. Lately, I have really enjoyed the young adult books and I decided to give this book a try.

I enjoyed reading the book and did decide to read the 2nd book of the series, "Confessions: The Private School Murders". I found this book to be fun and easy to read, however, I wish the characters had more depth. The book didn't blow me away enough to earn a 4 or 5 stars, but I would recommend the book to a reader looking for a easy-to-read mystery book.

I did like the suspense through out but the ending was a let down

A great book of suspense and twists. Looking forward to continuing on with this series. James Patterson at his best 😁📚❤️

Really not that good. There were some interesting bits, and the chapters were so short that it was easy to get through the book quickly. However, the ending was very rushed and the "whodunit" was just DUMB. Waste of time.

Such a great book! It could be a little repatitive and confusing at times but overall amazing!

I really enjoyed this book. It was a thriller/mystery and is the first in its series. I can't wait to see what questions get answered as the series continues.

TW: suicide is in this book.
This book is very much James Patterson’s style, so if you really like that then you’ll probably like this book. I thought it was pretty boring and left lots of gaping plot holes. I didn’t really have an investment in the characters, certainly not enough to continue on with the series.

I really like this book. I like how it's about murders and about a girl who has so much ambition to solve the murders, but along on the way she figures out how her parents really died and what they did to her and her siblings. Also, she finds her way and finds out more about herself.

It was a really interesting read and I cannot wait to read the next book and know more about Tandy and her recovering memories about JR :p
