This book was messed up right from the get go. However, it drew me in quickly and I couldn't put it down. I stayed up until 5am just to finish this book.

ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!!!! Also check your TW this book is pitch black!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“no, for an answer” is the response i’d give to someone who wants to read this. where were the editors? maybe on vacation. where were the alpha and beta readers? god only knows.

i got 14 pages in and it was one of the MOST grammatically incorrect books i’ve ever read. all i could focus on was my need to take a red pen to this book and send it to the author, free of charge. the formatting on the e-book was terrible.

can we PLEASE normalize having someone read the book and edit before publishing? this could be a very good book, if there was care and effort put into it before publishing.

alpha and beta readers would’ve been able to give notes that would keep readers from cringing every few sentences.

congratulations, this was a very hard read!!!!

I am speechless. Thinking about this book and everything that has happened, even a few days later, still makes my brain glitch.

I didn’t know much about it, except that it was a horror romance, with a girl out for revenge after the death of her best friend. I love a good revenge arc, so this was enough to convinced me, but I had no idea what I was signing for.

This was so wild, I still can’t tell which aspect shocked me the most. The horror part, with its gruesome murders? The spicy part which has every kink imaginable and some more? Or maybe it was the fact the spice and murders happened at the same time? I don’t know anymore.

This would be enough to make this book a really fun and crazy read, but the ending was so unexpected and brilliant, that is where my brain totally glitched. I gasped so loud when I realized the truth, it was embarrassing.

This book is pure insanity, I may have fried a few brain cells while reading it, but it was worth it. I loved it.

I'm still in shock... what a crazy intense story. I was instantly sucked in and just about finished it in one sitting! I loved Ashley and her fiery character. The revenge plot was absolutely perfect, and the spice had no busy being that good! 🥵

I was 100% not expecting that ending, and I'm still trying to process it! For a short story, this packed a punch and will definitely be one that I think about for a long time!
