Lost interest, but will likely come back to it at some point.

I was hoping this book would address the chatter in our minds that affect how we view and talk to ourselves, particularly as it relates to our self esteem, but instead it focused on anxiety, achievement, and how self talk limits our potential. It was interesting and well researched, but a huge part of our inner dialogue is how we kindly or unkindly we speak to *about* ourselves, and I felt that wasn’t really addressed.

Would read again
Would buy

Would have been much better as a long article than a book. After about 30% it gets repetitive and is too surface level to have stronger takeaways
