It wasnโt a bad book but I think I had so many questions about certain plot points. The two guys in the middle really added nothing to the book for me. A lot of it felt like a fever dream.

Yeah, @thedustonthao is definitely the king of sad girls because, baby, this book took me through it. Like, why would you do this to me? ๐ญ I honestly didn't think he could get any sadder than ๐ ๐ฐ๐ถ'๐ท๐ฆ ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ค๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ฎ, but boy, was I wrong. I recommend emotionally preparing yourself for this novel. I also wasn't expecting the twist at the end or the unexpected surprise. If you are in your sad girl era, this book is for you, and even if youโre not, itโs still excellent! It explores themes of family, friendship, emotional depth, grief, love, and connections. The magic realism is done beautifully. Overall, Dustin did an amazing job and really kept me engaged until the end. I would love to know what happens to Eric.
