This was a fun and fast, holiday-themed novella. As usual, S.J. Tilly writes amazing smut, and even in very few pages she managed to make me root for the characters. Sure, it was insta-lovey on Michael's part, but Alice is living the dream! Who wouldn't want to have their celebrity crush fall in love with them? Also, all the baking and cakes made me hungry in the middle of the night.

I loved the writing, I loved the steam, I loved the characters. This is very much a "love/lust at first sight" so don't expect a lot of character development but knowing there are two more novellas in this little series makes me happy because I did love Michael and Alice - and I quite enjoy SJ Tilly's writing.

I loved this! So fun faced paced novella. Alice has been crushing on Michael for ages, and for him it’s love at first sight. He’s the judge on the baking show Alice is competing in, and it’s obvious from the start they are obsessed with each other. I loved the tension, spice and chemistry between them. Great start to the series!
