This book was amazing. It took a while to get used to the format of the short stories. They were all individually unique and each have an edge to them that all come together to make sense the closer to the end of the book you get. They don't connect story wise but by atmosphere and presence.

I read around 25 of the stories in this collection before I gave up; 25 micro-stories that didn’t really do anything for me was enough, didn’t really care to see what the other 15 had in store.

After absolutely loving Kick The Latch, I had to check out her (very short) story collection. I loved that she packed a lot of feeling and uncertainly in a few pages at a time.
