I love Anthony Bourdain. May his soul rest in peace. This book opened my eyes to the ever changing culinary world and it’s timeless. He has an ability to describe the world, even the parts of it I’ve never seen, in the most beautiful articulate ways. Truly a once in a lifetime soul.

I loved it. Bourdain's honest depictions of kitchens took me back to my days running food, complaining about customers and getting yelled at by the cooks. I can't wait to read more of his books, especially his ones about traveling. He has me hooked
