This poetry chapbook written by actor Megan Fox was courageous and vulnerable. For that, I say good for her. There were a few poems that I thoroughly appreciated and I liked how her language became stronger in the latter half of the book:

the ghost of Christmas future
For the most part, the poetry had the trending words of trauma and neurodiversity. And I think the theme poem is 'martyrdon vs. monotony' ("I prefer the agonizing psychological abuse of this trauma bond...just please don't actually kill me because then it will be over and I'm addicted to suffering). This is the umbrella poem of this book.
