It was beautiful. Did I agree with some of the plot points? No. Did I like all of the red herrings? Absolutely not. But this book is not about intricate plot lines with in-depth themes. Its about the relationship between people and what it means to have a family.
That being said, I am absolute trash for this book. I wouldve loved to see more development from the characters, but goddamn I still love them. This book is too much fun!

After read Goddess Interrupted earlier this month, I could not get this series out of my head. The ending of the second book kept playing on my mind and I just HAD to know how the story would end. So I picked up the third and final book in the Goddess Test trilogy...
… And I ended up feeling really let down by this book. It wasn't that it was a bad book, it was okay for me. But I had loved the first two books in this trilogy so much that having the last book be a okay book was a real disappointment. And I am low key sad because of it.
The reason I didn't like this book as much as the other two is because there were some plot lines in it that I simply did not buy. I can't tell you what they are without spoiling the whole trilogy, so if you would like to know you can ask me in a private message. But there was this one mayor plot line in this book that I just couldn't get behind and it really did ruin the whole book for me.
I do have to say that in the end the book sort of redeemed itself. Yes I think Kate became super annoying in this book and there was that one plot line.. but in the last 100 pages this book really did redeem itself and got me excited about it again. Only to end.

Let’s just pretend that it was never written (I mean… isn’t the main girl like some kind of Percy Jackson, but in a no-good way ? Because she’s as stupid as him, but at least Percy was cool. And she’s totally NOT)
I absolutely loved this series and wish I would have read it a lot sooner. A book series that can keep my attention always gets 4 or 5 stars. I would love if they made this series into a movie.
Loved reading this book again! It's such a great ending to the series, though I kinda wish we had more ending! So great to read!

Oh, man, this was such a fantastic book! I enjoyed it so much! Sad to say goodbye to the characters, but I can't wait for the next Aimee Carter book!

This is one of those books/series that is so bad that you just kind of go along for the ride. I only bought it second-hand because my library didn't have the second and third books in the series and the first one was kind of a train wreck that I felt the need to see it through. Definitely a guilty pleasure, but don't expect an accurate re-telling of Greek mythology (do expect a lot of relationship miscommunication...that is basically the plot of this entire book). Also, immortal being falling in love with a 17 year old is an unwelcome trope. It's more apparent in this book than the first.
Graphic: Adult/minor relationship
This trilogy was a lot of fun to read. I enjoyed it immensely!
And so it ends.
I did enjoy this series overall. Some really intense scenes and some parts that were just predictable. Kate and Henry's relationship was a roller coaster and frustrating at times. The story line interesting enough to keep me going right to the end.
