As I started this book, I loved it. About 100 pages in, I got nervous that it was going to bore me…then I finished it in one night. This book was a perfect second book, encompassing an interesting take on Beauty and the Beast. I loved Nessa but there were times I was really frustrated with her way of thinking. But that was also the same for Miko. In the end, I loved it so so much. Still love Aida and Callum’s story a hint more but I get a feeling this is going to be one of those series that it’s difficult to pick a favorite. On to Nero!
