Sweet Revenge....

Miko is out for revenge. The man that took Miko in during the darkest part of his life and raised him as his own son has been killed. He plans to ruin both mob families that are involved, including kidnapping an naive and innocent 19 year old daughter, Nessa.
Even though Nessa has been raised in the mob, her family has sheltered in a padded bubbled. She is naive and completely unaware that is part of Miko's plans for revenge. But what Nessa lacks in street smarts, she makes up for with her ingenuity, intelligent and empathy.
Miko is drawn in by her innocence and passion for life. No woman has had the same effect on him.
The sexual chemistry between the two is off the charts hot! Love the sexual tension between Miko and Nessa.
In the end, Miko has to set her free, praying that she will return to him.
I really enjoyed Meko and Nessa's story. I prefer strong women characters and while Nessa is naive, she is far from being stupid. She is no shrinking wall flower; she challenges Miko every step of the way.

Not sure dark romances are for me but this was pretty enjoyable.

I allowed the feminism to leave my body every single time I read this and then I started having a grand ole time. Mikolaj is a psychopath and he was still able to respect women’s boundaries
