i don't understand the hype.... i maaay have simped for Killian and Rath a teensy bit but honestly none of the plot is really worth it

This is one of my favorite dark romance series of all time. Story and her men have been written into my heart.

The men treat her like ✨garbage✨ but came back so well. The power dynamic between Story and her men evened out beautifully and the guys get a chance to show her that they’re not the complete jerks that they have been the whole series.

It was really Killians time to shine here and his character development in this book was chefs kiss.

The spice in this had me weak in the knees. I’m not sure I’ll ever recover from it. It was everything I need in a bully RH and more. I can’t wait to drive into the Dukes story!

I’ve re read this series 3 or 4 times so far…

If you like dark romance and I mean DARK then this series is for you. I was so happy with how this series and characters turned out. The development was absolutely phenomenal, the romance, the angst and drama…top tier. Absolutely in love with this last book! Finished out the series perfectly and cannot wait for the next set!

Can’t wait for this!

Killian, Rath, Tristian—what will you do next??

This is what I’m talking about! Finally we get a little less fucked up and more like HOT AS FUCK. Some good plot twists there at the end that I didn’t see coming! In general there’s just more going on with the plot and it was more interesting in that regard. Also the spice….wooooo baby!!! Now that they don’t actually hate each other and do some serious fucked up shit, it’s really really hot and sometimes very sweet and loving. Finally!

4.5-5 stars
Now this is how you write a book where the guys redeem themselves. This is the first RH series where the guys are actually 3D characters with very distinct personalities, interests, flaws, behavior, etc. and not cookie cutter versions of stereotypical RH guys.
It did drag a bit but it all was still necessary. The revealing of the mystery and everything was okay but a bit disappointing.
I’m glad it’ll be awhile til the next Gen of royals because I need a break from the darkness but also the smut, I had to skim through some scenes in this one.

This series has blown my mind in the best way, one of my top favorites RH. We get Rath, Tristan and Killian and you will love them all. They will forever own me. I would love to hear these in audiobook someday, so worth it. So sad to see the end of a phenomenal story and series. The steam in all the books is scorching hot, the story plot so worth it and the bonus was the cherry on top. Phenomenal 5 stars!

Wow

Let me just say I’m so sad that dis trilogy of the Dukes and their lady or should I say the kings and their queen is now over. It was definitely one of the darkest books I’ve read one of the darkest series I read. It’s definitely not for the faint of heart. There’s things I learned in a sexual sense that I had no idea before this. This series by far is my favorite that I’ve read till today. I can say that I’ve enjoyed every book that I read this year but this is definitely the series that I fell in love with. They went through so much to get to where they got at the end and it was beautiful. Story is one of the strongest female main characters that I have read within the last year. She went through so many things, betrayal by family betrayal by people close to her. She was threatened tormented and so many things and she continued on. This story may not have started out perfectly. The boys definitely need to grow up and become men. They had a lot a lot of redeeming to do and at the end of the story I can tell you that they have fully redeemed themselves. They love their queen more than anything in this world and the trials it took to get them there let’s just say you’ll probably cry I did. But you also laugh at Dimitri silliness, Tristan‘s charm and seriousness sometimes, and most definitely Killians overprotectiveness and his possessive need for his woman. For their woman. Three of them may not have deserved her in the beginning, but they definitely do now. I highly recommend the series. But I will say please read the trigger warnings before you do in case they’re not free. All the stars. This book is more than just 10 out of 10. It’s 1,000,005 out of 10. I can’t wait to start the Dukes. But I hope we get to see where these four end up years from now as well.
