Lords of Mercy by Angel Lawson and Samantha Rue

This book contains DARK themes, please read the TW before reading.

I was really looking forward to finishing this series! Whilst I struggled around 20% - 70% to actually read it (kind of felt filler-y) it was good to see the Lords and their Lady finally have a HEA.

Daniel dying really surprised me so early in this book, not only that but Story’s mum being behind the whole thing and Ted was madness and didn’t expect it whatsoever!

I did feel that the pregnancy trope was a bit off kilter for them, but the way the Lords were with it was very fitting to their character.

Overall, nice finish to the trilogy but not as good as the first two books!

I loved it. I thought it was a great end and I liked the twists and I just thought it was great. It was a good series to get me back into reading and I just haven’t read a book like that in a while.

Loved it!

I really enjoyed this story. I loved seeing where they started and how their relationships changed. I also love how different all of the guys are and how they make that work.

So much of this series was cringe and this book didn’t let me down in that department.

I’m not here for the taboo relationship because why would you call each other that?

This is the book that kills me every time. The spice lives in my brain rent free and is unparalleled, except by maybe a few favorites. But for me, it’s how the redemption arcs of the guys and the ferocity that fully grows in Story that pushes this novel (this series, really) into another level. Well, that and those small quiet moments that fully slay my heart and make me swoon my fucking face off. I love how much they love her. This is a series that never lets me down no matter how many times I reread it.

I was so ready to give this 5 stars. It was my favorite in the series but then IT WOULDNT END. It had too many epilogues that took too long and unfortunately took away from how great the first 75% of the book was, but loved the beginning and wrapping up some things from former books.

Great book overall and nice ending to the series. It wasn’t as dramatic as the first two books and relied heavily on rebuilding their relationship. It felt like some parts were dragging a bit for a person that loves a fast pace story. There were couple of shocking revelations that drew me back to the plot.

Really enjoyed this final book in the Lords trilogy.

The way everything came together in the end was really satisfying and a few of the twists had me on the edge of my seat. I just really enjoyed the ending and how vulnerable everyone was in those last five chapters but no spoilers.

Rath is still my number one.

Great end to Story- Killian- Tristian and Dimitri.

I really loved how this book came together. There was definitely some twists I didn’t see coming. I’m sad their story is over but I really enjoyed how it ended. Buckle up and enjoy the ride.
