For such a dark series, it has a BEAUTIFUL ending!
This is definitely a darker series that has some pretty twisted scenes starting from the very beginning of book #1. Which, of course, the books warn you about before you even start reading them. Even knowing it involved non-con and such, I couldn't help but think "Yeah, this is still pretty much r@pe" and "Practically Stockholm Syndrome". I had no idea how these guys were going to be redeemable. Amazingly, in this book, they pretty much did just that. I just binge read these, and I still hardly know how they did it, but I know I fell in love with them all, which is crazy! To have such abusive, sadistic psychos show they can be sweet, caring, doting men was such an about face... but in a realistic way. The authors nailed this!

What a journey. It was nice to see these toxic boys learn to be gentler and sweet over the course of these three books. And satisfying to see Story grow a backbone! I actually cared for these fucked up characters and was rooting for them despite all the red flags lmao.
I was not expecting the twist of who Ted was and genuinely the drama and mystery had me so invested. I needed to know what happened and it didn’t disappoint!!
