I attempted to listen to the audiobook…I don’t know if I didn’t connect with the narrators or what but I DNF and went home with a headache. I COULD NOT hear her dogs name a single time more. I honestly lost count how many times it was said.
Didn’t Work For Me
Unfortunately I could not get into this book and had to DNF it.
The synopsis didn’t live up to the book itself and time is too precious atm to be stuck reading a book I can’t connect with.

Trip Me Up is the third book in the Synergy series, but it can be read as a standalone.
Niall and Sam had mutual attraction to each other when they met, but they didn’t act on it. But when they end up running into each other again and spending a LOT of time together on a book tour, they can’t deny the chemistry between them.
Niall was so sweet, and he was very understanding with Sam. I loved how he cared for her and her dog.
I liked the representation of having women in STEM
— Sam was so intelligent! She had anxiety, and she had her stipulations when it came to the book tour. But she did manage to stand up for herself, for what’s “right” in the end, despite the consequences.
This was an angsty read, but I loved seeing the two characters get to know each other and fall in love.
Audio:
Narrators: Stephanie Kay and Julio Maxwell
Narration Style: Dual
These two did a great job bringing the story and characters to life. I think I enjoyed the story more because of the narration.

Trip Me Up is the third book in the Synergy series and my favorite so far! This opposites attract, road-trip, angsty, romantic comedy was such a good read! I loved every minute of this book.
Niall and Sam have the most intense chemistry and I loved how they perfect for each other even though they were so different from each other. I really loved the writing and the premise of the book.
Stephanie Kay and Julio Maxwell were fantastic narrators and I loved how they brought Sam and Niall to life.
Rating: 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This book was pretty interesting and engaging. AI is pretty controversial right now so it’s definitely a sensitive subject. I personally think the author did an amazing job writing this book. The plot is pretty interesting and entertaining. The characters are wonderful. I absolutely recommend this audio book it’s a dual. Stefanie Kay and Julio Maxwell did a fantastic job narrating this audio book.

This was such an interesting story. Sam is such a sweet person, but she doesn’t trust herself and she just wants to be able to get out. I love the chemistry between Sam & Niall, they are incredible, magical and intense. They for through so much, there is friendship, adventure, passion, hope, betrayal and redemption.
Samantha struggles with dyslexia and anxiety, and seeing her navigate through everything and how Niall is there to help her through was very empowering.
Stefanie Kay & Julio Maxwell both did a great job narrating this story.

McCraw’s heroes are always just… -cheff’s kiss- ! She always manages to find the right combo of nerdy and hotty and it really works for me… for both the FMC and MMC.
This is the third in the series, and if you’ve read them in order you have seen bits and pieces of Sam in the previous 2 books but the MMC, Niall is completely new.
Their chemistry was great, and the writing excellent as always.
And the scene-stealing pup! You can't forget the scene-stealing pup.
I am hopeful that the entire series is being recorded to audio, because the last two in the series have my favourite tropes all over them!
