Several humorous moments but I'm gonna destroy Tom Sawyer
Seriously, why does Wood not get more movie offers? Wonderful vocal performance. Bonus points for no editing of politically incorrect language.
(One criticism about the book, the bit at the end about feeling Jim and Sawyer's plans, goes for a bit too long and loses some of the humor for me).

Even though this book can be difficult to understand (not so much because of the different dialects but since it is many older words in use) it is a very nice read. The story draws you in and it has a satisfying ending. The language that it is written in is lovely to read.
