It's ok for another status-quo episode in the adventures of Stephanie & Lulu, I guess.

Some good one liners, easy and fun story as always

Another witty book in the Plum series. Sometimes I think I'm starting to get bored of this series, and that its gone too far, but I didn't think so with this book. Stephanie and Lula strike again.
adventurous funny fast-paced

I still like these books. They are a fun read. The formula is similar. But there are always some surprises.

Not impressed with this one. She really needs to end this series.

This was another enjoyable story from Evanovich. Yes, Stephanie gets hurt. Yes, Stephanie is still trying to decide between Morelli and Ranger. Yes, Lula wears spandex. Yes, Grandma is a little bit inappropriate. Sometimes the familiar is what you need.

this also was part of my reading a prolific author for Genreland's 2021 reading challenge.

Not as good as Nineteen but still a decent read.

I don’t think I will ever get tired of this series. I love the friendship that Stephanie has with Lula. Their interactions constantly make me laugh. My favorite pairing will always be Stephanie and Ranger. The patience he has for her is amazing and the loyalty he has for her is wonderful. I love the way he protects her and has her back at a minutes notice.

I felt like The villain in this one wasn’t very apparent. I would have liked it to be like previous books where it builds and you know earlier on.

These books are a perfect comfort read for me. You know exactly what you're getting, the characters always live up to expectations and they're always an easy read that just makes you feel good. I prefer the books like this in the series where love triangle takes a bit of a back seat, and if I read too many in a row I find them a bit repetitive, but once in a while they make a great zone out sort of read
