Storytelling is ok, sometimes left potential for development, to be quite honest. I found it easy to fall in love with Andruhsa. But I felt like Olivia’s character, though having potential, lacked depth - increasingly so over the course of the book. It was an entertaining book but, sorry to say, it could have been way more. Easy listening if you’re into mafia romance, despite the criticism I was hooked quickly.

Another failed attempt to understand the mafia dark romance scene. This was so cheesy. There were some parts I literally cringed. All things considering, this is the first mafia romance book that I’ve read with a plot forward mafia story with romance. All the other recommendations have been romance with a bit of mafia. This is also not a dark romance book, very vanilla. Can someone please explain what is with these mafia books and virginity lol
