Wow, what a great read! SO stressful. Laughed, cried, couldn’t do it before bed. I did audio and it read like a movie. Listened for my long road trip and I made time fly.

This book was actually really hard for me to read. I was not expecting it to be so gruesome and heart wrenching. Actually had me in tears for the last few chapters. Overall just absolutely brutal read, but it was really well written and fast paced. I couldn’t put it down. It made me feel so many different things and I was invested in the characters. Great book, wouldn’t necessarily recommend it without some disclaimers though.

This was 100% NOT my typical genre but I’m so glad I took a “chance” on it. Fast-paced but still beautifully written with great characters. I’ve been bogged down by mediocre recent reads that this was a perfect pleasant surprise I needed.

I would be so mad if I survived a plane crash, fell to the bottom of the ocean in the crashed plane, witnessed untold horrors and stared death in the face, only to have my fellow passengers sing ‘I Will Survive’ by Gloria Gaynor in the middle of a rescue attempt.
