The intricate murder mystery and the seamless connection between the past and present was interesting. The story unfolds through the perspectives of Tessa in the present and Tilly in the past, creating an intriguing story. The flashbacks offered insight into the lives of the four missing women while piecing together the puzzle of their disappearance. However, I did find the dual timelines and myriad characters a bit overwhelming.

The narrator did a superb job of bringing the story and its characters to life.
