I really loved this continuation of the story and seeing Nick come to terms with what he is and his feelings. It made me think about my own time with coming to terms with my bisexuality too.

Also I loved seeing the different friends in the group and how Nick stood up for Charlie to Harry - because it's always good to have someone there for you.

I removed a full star for the brief Harry Potter mention just on principle because at the time this book it wasn't as well known to JKR's feelings but to me it was icky

Oof! My heart!! I love the bisexual representation- so many times it's always straight or gay, no other options, so the fact that there is mention that there are other sexual orientations outside of straight and gay is soooo nice. I also found Nick's mom funny: "I'm not born in 1920." Hahaha!

And Nick came out to his mum 🥺 that was just so touching... So... Lovely and sweet 🥺 Ms Nelson is just so adorable! And their relationship is just SO CUTE!! 😍 AND lastly when Nick was whining and pouting about how Charlie couldn't follow them to Menorca was just ABSOLUTELY A HEARTSTOPPER!! (no pun intended, it just... came out that way 😭)

I want more! GIVE ME MORE!!
