Stop it. This book was amazing. Maddox and Lennon really do have a sweet building fairytale. Yes there might be a marriage convenience and yes, there might be an accidental pregnancy but the bottom line is their romance started years ago and ended up winning in the end. This is definitely a must read.

This review is difficult for me. This is the first time I have EVER rated a Bella Matthews book less than 5 ⭐️ and that makes me sad because this has been such a highly anticipated read for me since reading Redeeming. I loved Maddox's character from the beginning and knew after all the drama he caused in Caitlin & Callen's story he was going to have plenty of his own drama. And boy did we get that with this one.
Maddox has been one of my favorite characters in BM verse and in every book in this series his character was top tier. He was the "all knowing" sibling / cousin / friend and was down bad for his group of friends BUT for some reason I felt part of that missing in his own book.
Lennon was such a feisty FMC; she not only kept Maddox on his toes but his brothers as well. I loved seeing the relationship between her and her brothers. They were willing to risk the consequences to see her happy and were willing to do what they needed to protect her. She may be the princess but she will always been their "little sister". And HELLO Atticus... that man was hysterical and completely stole the show. I would have loved to see more scenes of him and Caitlin together.. those two are cut from the same cloth
