All I can say is oh my god that was fantastic. At first I was hesitant to see it from Adrians point of view because I really like seeing it from Sydneys point of view, but after reading it I have no doubts having Adrian's point of view in the book was a great decision. I also love how we saw things happening with the rose Lissa and Dimitri it really makes a connection between the two series. the ending was flipping amazingand I'm already crying about how long I have to wait for the next book. the way this author's series go are the books get better as the series go along I can't wait for the next one I bet it will be even better.
oh and everybody says they hate Zoe but I see where she's coming from most of the time. I feel bad for her...she was raised by such a horrible dad and she only try so hard to impress him because he shows so little feelings towards her and she wants him to be proud of her.him being proud of his kids is the closest I get to him actually loving them.its so sad that Zoe had to grow up the way that she did and had to have been taught the moroi were so bad because she seems like if she was on the morois side she could be a great character.

I'll just pretend that the first 50% didn't exist since it was all relationship drama (I mean, if I wanted to read a contemporary romance I'd read a contemporary romance). But after that Richelle remembered to add an actual plot to the story and the book got interesting enough, and I ended up really enjoying it.
Edit 28/02/13:
So, synopsis and cover are out. I don't really hate this one, but compared to all the other great covers out there, it completely sucks. Anyway, Sydney is not showing her golden lily tattoo, so I guess this means that she's drifting away more and more from the Alchemists. I kinda hope she'll be sent to re-education, that'd be an interesting turn of events! :D
And yes, the wait is still killing me.

Expected publication: November 19th 2013

I don't think I'll be able to wait that long.
And now the title makes much more sense, I love it even more!
-----------------------------------------
It has a title! And I really like it, The Fiery Heart is a pretty cool name.
Also,
"The Fiery Heart is going to be told from both Sydney and Adrian's points of view. That's right. If you've ever wanted to get inside the crazy world of Adrian Ivashkov's head, this is it. It'll still be in first person, but the POV will alternate chapters."

Now I can't wait to see how this will turn out... but I think it's gonna be interesting being in Adrian's head!

I don’t know what it is about Meads writing that always has me wanting to read more and more. I got what I wanted in this book, a good portion of it at least . I had my highs and lows. They had plenty of cute , sexy , funny and deep moments . They gave us the whole crew and not just the main two love interest . We had some action , and some crazy moments. . I won’t lie Sydney at times annoyed me , never as much as Zoe though . That one was really a head scratcher . I could see the ending sort of coming , I feel like the book was leading to that the whole time . It was not difficult to fathom the ending. .. That being said I know the next book will crush me , because I’m predicting that they’ll be apart a good portion if not all of the book . I just hope that they don’t do some BS of having her suddenly not immune to the re - tattoos of loyalty and what not and she some home can not remember her love for Adrian. That will probably have me upset. . Crossing my fingers that the next book won’t disappoint , though from the summary it’s sounds like that just might happen. .

2,5. Lo he disfrutado, pero es que no pasa nada relevante. Un libro totalmente prescindibles para la saga, aunque con un final que me tiene deseando leer el siguiente.
Like everything that Richelle has ever written, this next offering of Bloodlines got me so caught up in another world that I was practically breathing the words in. :)
The reason I left off a star is because I did feel like there was too much of a lovey-shovey thing about it - much more than usual. I mean, is it really that, or have I just grown a lot more, and therefore am more apt to notice it? (I'm sixteen now. I was nearly thirteen, I think, when I first started Vampire Academy.) However, I thought I was past that phase when I swooned at the marvelous way Mead manages to weave her words, but no. The simplicity of this voice has me awed.
There are, however, also these completely unexpected one-liners where you just want to put your book down, and laugh your heart out for five whole minutes, shaking your head at all the little nuances that contribute so effectively to the whole. Reading this book also puts you at risk of doing the aforementioned at completely random times when your hands are busy but your mind is free, earning you strange looks from old ladies, lame elder brothers, and the like. Avoid this book if you want to avoid that. :)
If you have ardently been following this series since it's conception, when you first start reading it, you *want* to read slowly. You know, savor the moments, let the words slowly flow to you. But then you realize that, just like Adrian and Sydney's inability to keep their hands off each other, your eyes are utterly powerless when your mind makes them race across the pages, screaming, 'More! More! Faster!'. Don't worry, I'm with you on that one. :|
The book ends too soon - perhaps a tad predictably. :(
Mead is one of those people who will never loose their magic. :D

Not bad but not the best thing I’ve ever read, I once again found myself getting bored
- This book was definitely dedicated to establish the romance between Adrian and Sydney, though it was lovely it got to be overwhelming
- getting to read from adrians perspective was nice but it didn’t add to his character in the way I wanted. His only personality trait was his love for Sydney. He doesn’t do anything for himself, everything he does is for her, while sweet we miss out on any character development. Because, if Sydney is gone, all of his attempts at bettering himself disappear because Sydney is his only driving force
- mead is great at ending books so you are drawn in for the next one, but all things are sorted at the start of the next book and then it gets boring. I feel like the whole book is just a set up for the ending rather than to enjoy the journey
- the plot was great but I wanted more of it! I felt like every two pages was just about Adrian and Sydney sneaking around. And I get that may be the main appeal of this series but I just found myself reading the same stuff over and over. The start was wonderful, when they were both trying to find away to stop spirit from having such an adverse affect on adrian, but after that I felt like I was just reading poorly written erotica
- I liked Sydney’s development, she is way more sure of herself and confident, but I would have loved to see adrian develop. Once again, his only personality trait is loving Sydney, I thought reading from his perspective would give me more of an insight into who he is as a character, but instead I just got more “I love her, I live for her, I die for her” stuff
⚠️spoiler⚠️
The ending just enhances this idea that Adrian is a character created for Sydney rather than a character on his own that we came to love from the vampire academy series. He breaks immediately, stays off his meds (I know he did so to try and find Sydney but it’s very evident he won’t go back on them) and starts wanting to drink, though I understand the love of his life was captured (though we all knew this was gonna happen at some point) he has no fire. He has nothing else but Sydney. And this may be meads desire, to have him develop in the next book, but I wish he had more personality. Let me clarify, he has heaps of personality but no drive, he only lives and breaths for Sydney, I just wanted more, more of a look into his love of painting, more of a look into his family relationship, and more of his past.
But all in all it wasn’t a bad book
