This is a second-chance romance that was actually believable and enjoyable. The pacing is slow-burn, and I’m absolutely here for it. It’s hope there is a third book in this series.

I wanted to like this but just didn’t. I found it boring and thought the past storyline off putting. Absolutely loved the first book in the series, but the sequel was just a miss for me.
