This book felt a little slower than the first but even better developed, I loved the way that it felt like you were tying up loose ends as you went! The whole way through I kept thinking “huh, this could happen to America” (or really most modern countries) it was like reading a modern day Orwell which was a little terrifying, I’m scared to read the next one because that social commentary was spot on, I wonder what she has to say about a deadly virus spreading fast throughout developed nations lol
