Thank you to nerd fam and Kara Douglas for giving me the arc. Sorry for delay but better late than never. The book was slow to start but loved the overall story . I am curious on the meaning behind the chapter titles as I think they are all plants and flowers. It is a clean fantasy with secrets . People are not who you think they are and not sure who to trust. It does end on a cliff hanger and hoping not too long for book 2. It is available now on ku if you have it

Loved the last few chapters of this book, but the start was slow and repetitive. Can’t wait to see where book 2 goes
I’m immediately jumping into book #2! I really enjoyed Lunaria. I had zero expectations going in and had no idea what it was going to be about but I loved it!
The first half of the book does a wonderful job setting up the world building before we really get into it. This book has one of my favorite tropes, fake dating, and it was perfection. I’m really looking forward to continuing the series and getting to know more about Graylen (i love him)

Just like other reviews I think the first 25% was slow, however, the beginning does a job of building the world and introducing the main characters. The rest of the book flies by and is full of twist and turns and a VERY surprising ending. Like seriously I’m so sad the next book isn’t out yet so I can know what happens to Amira.

What a wonderful first book for Kara! This was such a great start to a new fantasy world. I love books that have a lot of world building… it really helps me get into them. The first 25-30% does just that and I can vision everything Amira is going through. Kara takes you on a great adventure and that ending *chefs kiss*. Love endings where I am caught off guard! Cannot wait to read the second book.
