A powerful and compelling novel that is a tribute to the women t who fought for a woman’s right to choose. Brilliantly woven together, All You Have to Do to Call is an inspiring story of courage, sisterhood, friendship and what women can do when they work together to make change.
I think reading about the fight for reproductive healthcare feels really poignant right now and I really freaking wish it didn't

This is such an important historical fiction book that everyone should read. Especially today with roe vs wade being overturned. It tells the stories of the brave heroes helping liberate women by providing safe abortions

Reproductive rights are an issue that matter deeply to me, so after the 2024 election I found as many books about the Jane Collective that I could (including some novels, like this one). This particular story follows multiple women in 1970s (pre-Roe) Chicago, all of whom have differing perspectives on the issue of reproductive rights specifically and feminism more broadly. Needless to say, I am the target audience for this book, and I really enjoyed it. ...now let's just hope we never have to live it.
