Super fun, made me think a lot about some interesting concepts that I wasn’t expecting to encounter. Very nicely wrapped up, too!

An enjoyable, straight forward read which does make you think from time to time. Strong start but like others have said I found the pacing a bit off and no real stakes. I also felt like the history parts of the book were story ideas that the author had but hadn't been able to make them work, if that makes sense.
